Sabaudia is a seaside & beach location south of Rome just 100 km, possible reach the seacity for tour by bus (almost 2 hours from the centre of Sabaudia), by train (1 hour to Termini station, closer station is Priverno Fossanova, connection by car or by bus from sabaudia), by own car (easy just direclty straigh from Sabaudia through Mediana and after Pontina arrive in south of Roma Eur in Cristoforo Colombo street.

Nice and charmain little apartment is 60mq, FRATOSCANO HOUSE, with full accessoriated kitchen, large bathroom with shower, open living room with TV sat, large table in wood, confortable couch/sofà another corner with marina bed and second bed under and large bedroom with double bed.

Permanenza in appartamento per week-end, settimane a Sabaudia, da Pasqua a fine ottobre ed anche periodo invernale e varie altre festività durante l'anno.

Sabaudia è una cittadina marina situate sul lago di Paola collegata al mare attraversando il lungo ponte che lo attraversa, con una fresca strada in discesa costeggiata da imponenti pini.

Inserita nel Parco Nazionale del Circeo, a meno di 100 km a sud di Roma, ai piedi del promontorio dell’omonima montagna a solo 1 ora di macchina dalla capital,

Splendida la lunga spiaggia di Torrepaola che parte dalla montagna del Circeo e corre lungo la costa a nord, verso Latina prima e poi Ostia. Il litorale è costituito dia dune di sabbia e ville sul mare immerse nella classica vegetazione mediterranea.

Bella la passeggiata da fare sul bagnasciuga ammirando le costruzioni fra ville bianche, di legno, alcune di attori e scrittori famosi o stilisti ed incontrando perchè no anche calciatori come Totti.
