Se alquila una habitación doble con ventana al patio en un piso compartido de 110 m2 con dos personas más. El piso tiene una cocina grande bien equipada con todo, un comedor, dos patios interiores, dos baños (uno de ellos solo váter y pica), un gran salón con balcón a una calle peatonal. Hay tele y wifi, todos los suelos son baldosas hidráulicas y los techos son de viga. Buscamos alguien limpio y ordenado, de buen rollo que sepa convivir con otras personas y que le guste compartir más que simplemente un espacio donde vivir, y que sea respetuoso de las zonas compartidas y responsable. El precio son €550/mes con gastos aparte, que suelen ser 30euros/persona/mes. Se pide un mes de fianza. We have a double room for rent with a window that opens to the interior patio, in a 110 m2 apartment to share with two more people. The apartment has a huge kitchen that is well-equipped, a dining room, two interior patios, two bathrooms (one of them is just toilet and sink), a large living room that has a balcony onto a pedestrian street. There’s a tv and wifi, and all the floors are the traditional tiles and the ceiling is beamed. We’re looking for a roommate who is clean and organized, knows how to live well with other people, who would like to share a drink or chat every now and then, and who is responsible and respectful of shared spaces. The price is €550/month, plus bills which are usually around 30/person/month. One month of rent is required as deposit.
